2) I will check stock availability and advise with return email /sms/call.

4) Once received payment, I will ship out the parcel.
5) Then, I will advise you the shipping details in email.
6) Or, likewise, you can visit me at my business address , pay cash and take home the product. However, you need to make an appointment first.

DELIVERY TIME
• Standard delivery time is 2 - 7 working days. (subject to Peninsula Malaysia, product availability, delivery area and delivery mode).
•All orders with payment come in after 12.00 p.m. (Local Time) shall NOT be calculated as one (1) working day.
•Guugaa Baby shall inform customer if there is any delay with the order with the reason of delay.
•For payment make before 12p.m. on working day, normally we will ship your order item(s) on the same day provided stock is available and normally you can receive it next working day. For payment make after 12pm, normally we will only ship your order items next working day. If you didn’t receive your order items within 3 days, please kindly notify us immediately.
DELIVERY METHOD AND COST
• Guugaa Baby will held no responsibilities once the item is shipped out. Thus, lost item is at buyer's risk.
• All items to be sent via courier service (POSLAJU for East Malaysia /West Malaysia) or registered post to Singapore.
• Shipping of item is done a day after payment received.
• For overseas shipping, I will provide you the courier or registered post details and costs based on your confirmed orders.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
* We only accept items for return or exchange if the notification is made within 5 days from the date of receiving your items, which is subject to confirmation to us either by email or telephone.
• We only accept items for return or exchange that are in their original/resale condition.
• Any items returned dirty, washed, or used will NOT be eligible for refund.
• Discounted / special priced items are final sales and will not be eligible for Exchanges
• Shipping cost are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers.
• Re-shipping charges for exchanged item(s) will be applied. Customer will bear the shipping cost of the new item and difference in price between the returned and new item.
• We will NOT take responsibility for loss or damage to items sent back to us, so, please ensure that your item is properly packaged and insured, if necessary.
